Welcome to your new Hove hangout for long weekend brunches, cocktails, dinner dates and dancing with friends - we’re open until 2am on the weekends!

We’re a neighbourhood restaurant and late-night bar featuring art deco-interiors, a cosy heated terrace and secret speakeasy nightclub and hireable events space downstairs. Third Avenue invites you to relax, sit back and enjoy your time with us. With service this friendly and drinks this good - you’ll never want to leave!

We serve Eastern and Mediterranean inspired small plates designed for good times and sharing, and a killer cocktail menu.

Join us for Happy Hour from 4pm to 7pm from Tuesday to Thursday.

The perfect space for birthday parties, book launches or any kind of special event our late speakeasy bar is available for private hire. The space has a capacity of 75 and its own sound system so you can have your own music or DJ, and provides a memorable backdrop to events with its gold interiors.
